Who can invest
Most of our offerings are private placements made available only to accredited and otherwise qualified investors. In general, an individual may qualify as an accredited investor by meeting a net-worth threshold (excluding a primary residence) or an income threshold over a sustained period, among other criteria defined by securities regulators.
Accreditation rules can change and apply differently to entities, trusts, and joint filers. We'll walk you through whether a given opportunity is a fit for your situation, and nothing here should be taken as a substitute for advice from your own financial, tax, or legal advisors.
