Founded by Anna Santos and Emilie Ng, SAS Capital Partners began in Sioux Falls, South Dakota in 2018 with a straightforward belief: durable real estate wealth is built by people who understand the asset from the ground up.
We started as principals, sourcing properties, structuring deals, and investing our own capital alongside our partners. That work made us a general partner in 1,012 units and a limited partner in 1,804 units more. Sitting on both sides of the table taught us the difference between a polished pitch and a sponsor who delivers through a hard cycle.
Today we put that judgment to work as a fund of funds, partnering with other investor groups to pool capital and place it where the risk-adjusted opportunity is strongest. Our projects span the Midwest and the Northeast, and the portfolio is deliberately diversified across mixed-use developments, residential communities, and public-private real estate partnerships, so a single commitment reaches a broad mix of deals and markets.
